The parent company of Sleipner Mechanical AS, SFBK Holding. Has expanded the company group, with ownership of the well-known and high profiled companies
RABO Tricycles AS and Moon-Car AS. To make the acquisition, SFBK Holding established a new group holding company [red. Emcera Finance].

The acquired companies will at the end of august be HQ based in Sleipner Mechanical AS exsisting office facilities in Aalborg.
Towards the acquisition the company group board placed great emphasis on the achievement of synergies and strong network relationships on the export market.
